These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services offered by Being and Mind LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Being and Mind LLC offers:
You must be at least 18 years old to book services or use our website. Retreat participants must be at least 14 years old; anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Retreat registration is secured upon payment of a deposit. Full payment schedules and deadlines are communicated during the booking process. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change prior to booking confirmation. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
If you cancel for personal reasons, you may apply for a 50% refund before the cancellation deadline specified for your retreat. No refunds are issued after the cancellation deadline. If Being and Mind cancels a retreat due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded. Specific cancellation deadlines and terms are provided during registration.

Being and Mind LLC is not liable for travel disruptions, visa denials, changes in entry requirements, or conditions at the destination beyond our control.
Our services — including retreats, consultations, guides, and content — are for educational and wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practice, especially if you have existing health conditions.
We do not guarantee specific health outcomes. Individual results vary. Testimonials on our website represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees.
Participants are responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions prior to retreat participation or consultation, and for knowing their own physical limitations.
Participation in retreats and wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activities (yoga, meditation, walking, outdoor excursions), international travel, dietary changes, and exposure to unfamiliar environments. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Being and Mind LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
By participating in a retreat, you consent to being photographed or recorded for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photographs or recordings, please notify us at the start of the retreat and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.
All content on our website, including text, images, guides, and materials, is the property of Being and Mind LLC. You may download free guides for personal use only. No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without written permission.
We expect respectful and considerate behavior from all participants. Being and Mind reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Being and Mind LLC, its founders, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in our services, your conduct, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Buncombe County, North Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
