For retreat coordination we collect information about your travel plans, emergency contact, and any health, dietary or accommodation needs relevant to your participation. We use it to plan and support your trip, and share only what a given provider needs, such as an allergy with a chef. Health details are held by our trip team and shared more widely only where necessary for your safety, or with medical or emergency providers in an emergency. This may involve processing in the United States and in the country where the retreat takes place. We do not use health or dietary information for advertising. Promotional images are handled through our Photo and Video Release.
